Continued Education Initiative
IndigeTech's Continued Education initiative is a voluntary program where consultants
meet approximately once a month to present and discuss technical topics beyond the
scope of their everyday project engagements. These meetings are held at the office
and are conducted in a relaxed and open forum. Consultants take turns presenting
material about a particular topic to the group. This forum provides an opportunity
for consultants to gain presentation experience, learn about new technologies they
would not otherwise be exposed to, and to meet regularly with their colleagues who
may otherwise be at remote client sites.
Training/Seminars
It is the policy of IndigeTech to provide employees with appropriate training and
education to improve their technical and management skills. IndigeTech's primary
product is the talent of its employees. IndigeTech endeavors to expand and enhance
the skills of our professional employees by supporting seminars, video courses,
programmed instruction, tutoring and other training.
Internal Sandbox for Development
Accessible from home through a VPN, IndigeTech keeps requested and up to date software
stored on a machine here in the office for all to utilize as a testing and learning
sandbox.
Internal Development Team
IndigePros have the opportunity to delve into new technologies, work hands on with
other team members towards development of internal IndigeTech applications. What
better way to gain experience and at the same time be a part of a dynamic team contributing
towards the infrastructure of the company.
