About TechLinks Scorecard

Back in 2007! The Greater Richmond Technology Council teamed with IndigeTech to provide this real-time Tournament Scorecard for the TechLinks Golf Tournament on September 10 at Royal New Kent and Stonehouse. The Scorecard allows the collection of scores from the courses via a mobile cell phone application and displays a leaderboard of your foursome’s current ranking, in addition to other vital stats. The Scorecard adds to the fun and competitive spirit of the annual Captain’s Choice tournament.

The Council has been working with IndigeTech and other sponsors to provide this unique addition to the annual golf tournament. The Tournament Scorecard displays information on the teams, courses, scores, and contests, and is available for viewing at the reception and post-tournament on the web.

The Greater Richmond Technology Council (GRTC) is a member-driven association of businesses and organizations working together to ensure the continued growth of Central Virginia's dynamic technology-based economy. The Council includes both Technology and Associate members dedicated to the development of an infrastructure that supports the growth of existing technology industries and identifies the Greater Richmond region as a location of choice for new and emerging technology companies.

IndigeTech developed the Tournament Scorecard concept, mobile cell phone application, web-based dashboard scorecard and backend database, and coordinated the initiative with the Council.
